Full Stack Software Developer III

A mission-driven technology company is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer III to join its remote team. You’ll help build and maintain systems that matter, leveraging both front-end and back-end expertise to create scalable, secure solutions. Role:
👨‍💻 Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using modern frameworks
🧠 Implement APIs, UI components, and database integrations
🧪 Conduct robust unit, integration, and functional testing
📦 Participate in Agile development with cross-functional teams
🧩 Solve complex technical problems with thoughtful, secure, and scalable solutions
📈 Optimize performance, monitor systems, and maintain high coding standards
🎯 Gather user requirements and contribute to UI/UX planning
💬 Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
✅ U.S. citizenship (required for security compliance)
📚 Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 5+ years of experience in software development
🌐 3+ years in front-end development (React, Angular, or Vue)
💾 3+ years in back-end development (C#, Java, SQL)

Preferred Qualifications:
🛠️ Experience with .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure Pipelines
🎨 UI/UX design skills with Tailwind, Typescript, and AG Grid
🔗 Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation
🧪 Familiarity with testing frameworks, TDD/BDD, and SOLID principles
☁️ Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
📚 Experience with EF Core or Dapper, source control, and microservices
🧩 Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
🧠 Strong problem-solving and communication skills
