Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative will qualify incoming leads and work with potential clients from start to finish. As the first point of contact, you will provide potential clients with a great experience and deliver quality healthcare support at a low cost. This role requires an active Life and Health Insurance License, so candidates must have a license or be willing to secure one if an offer is made.


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sell a product or service and complete the process from start to finish, either over the phone or in person.
• Be familiar with the product or service being sold.
• Manage the entire inside sales process from quote to close, including prospecting, cold calling, setting,
and managing appointments, and follow-up calls.
• Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
• Track all activity in CRM, including communications with prospects and clients.
• Answer all client service calls and emails promptly.
• Attend special training to understand the technical aspects of solutions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
 

Required Experience/Skills:
• Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions and business values.
• Initiative-taking with high mindfulness and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Open to receiving feedback and applying it to improve results.
• Build and grow genuine relationships with customers.
• Develop proficiency and knowledge of insurance products and communicate appropriate
recommendations to customers.
• Proficiency in using marketing systems, tools, and processes.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences.

• Competency on social media platforms for marketing and prospecting purposes.
• Must be able to obtain a Health Insurance License.
 

Nice-to-Haves:
• Personal interest in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Experience in a similar company style.
 

Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
