AI Agent Product Designer (Bilingual in Mandarin)
OCBridge is an AI-powered global recruitment firm serving top clients in AI, semiconductors, e-commerce, renewable energy, and manufacturing industries. We are building our AI agent product, a Virtual Sourcer Platform.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with CEO and engineers to translate business logic and user flow into functional UI
- Design low-fidelity wireframes to clarify and validate core user flows (JD input → info collection → candidate review → report delivery)
- Build high-fidelity mockups in Figma/Framer (desktop-first), optimized for a polished, intuitive user experience
- Create reusable design components (candidate card, result module, form UI, etc.)
- Document design rationale for handoff to engineers
- Assist in user testing and feedback iterations
- Help define a lightweight design system for color, typography, spacing, and interaction styles
What We Look For
- Experience or coursework in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI, or related fields
- Proficiency in Figma/Framer (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping)
- Strong portfolio or sample projects (school work or personal MVPs okay)
- Good visual sensibility with ability to balance simplicity and clarity
- Bonus: Experience designing for SaaS, B2B, or AI agent workflows
- Bonus: Understanding of user flows involving LLMs or AI-powered products
- Self-driven, curious, and excited to own the design of a zero-to-one product
- Mandarin Bilingual is preferred
