Associate Product Manager
A leading digital platform in the financial services space is seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join its growing product team in Detroit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building solutions that align with business goals and user needs. Youβll play a key part in shaping product direction, delivering new features, and optimizing the user experience.
Role:
π Partner with product development teams to define scope, sprint goals, and release priorities
π§ Assist in mapping user journeys, sprint grooming, and ideation sessions
π Analyze product performance and customer data to drive recommendations
π Benchmark product offerings against competitors and industry best practices
π§ Contribute to market research, usability testing, and POCs
π Support go-to-market activities for new feature rollouts and product launches
π
Help maintain roadmaps and dashboards to monitor product health and value delivery
π£ Collaborate across teams to ensure continuous product evolution
Requirements:
π Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
π 2+ years of experience in product management, ownership, or design
π Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
π Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data
π£ Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
βοΈ Experience in automotive or vehicle remarketing is a plus
π Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
