Join the core team at CommitAI, working directly with the Founder/CEO on live capital raise initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of venture finance, strategy, and founder-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Investor CRM & Funnel Management
Build and maintain an investor pipeline (VCs, angels, syndicates); segment by stage, thesis, and check size using tools like Notion, Airtable, or HubSpot.
Pitch & Narrative Development
Collaborate with the founder to refine pitch decks, market maps, and narrative arcs tailored to target investor personas.
Modeling & Unit Economics
Support development and iteration of dynamic financial models (3-statement, runway, sensitivity analysis). Stress test assumptions around CAC, LTV, payback periods, contribution margins, and burn multiples.
Market Intelligence & Comparable Analysis
Conduct bottom-up TAM modeling, competitor benchmarking, and precedent deal analysis (valuation comps, deal terms, investors in space).
Dataroom & Due Diligence Prep
Organize core materials: cap table, SAFEs/convertibles, KPIs, revenue cohorts, and legal documentation for due diligence workflows.
Investor Outreach & Communication
Draft high-quality investor emails, updates, and follow-ups with clear KPI narratives and traction reporting.
Ideal Candidate
Background in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA, undergrad, or recent grad)
Experience with startup financial modeling, venture capital, or corporate finance
Strong grasp of SaaS/DTC/marketplace metrics (depending on startup type)
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Pitchbook, Crunchbase, or CB Insights a plus
Exceptional attention to detail, data hygiene, and communication skills
