REMOTE AI Systems Integrator – Internship

As an AI Systems Integrator Intern, you’ll help implement and refine AI technologies across game systems, simulation software, digital assistants, and backend automation tools. You’ll collaborate with our game developers, data analysts, and UX designers to build intelligent systems that respond to users, adapt gameplay, and streamline development.

What You'll Do:

  • Integrate large language models (LLMs) into game engines, backend tools, and interactive content
  • Support the development of AI-driven dialogue, adaptive NPC behavior, and automated feedback loops
  • Assist with prompt engineering and natural language processing (NLP) implementation
  • Create AI agents for training simulations, customer support tools, and esports match analysis
  • Develop or integrate machine learning models for recommendation systems and decision-making logic
  • Work with proprietary tools and platforms to enhance performance, personalization, and scalability

You’ll Learn To:

  • Apply prompt engineering and LLM tuning to practical game and training use cases
  • Use open-source AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain) in commercial projects
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and custom scripts into Unity, Unreal, or web-based environments
  • Measure AI model performance and fine-tune for efficiency and engagement
  • Work in cross-functional teams using Agile development methods
  • Balance innovation with usability and compliance in AI solutions

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or a relevant programming language
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks
  • Enthusiasm for the role of AI in games, training, and real-world application
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Availability for team meetings:
    • Mondays @ 9:00 AM MST
    • Wednesdays @ 10:00 AM MST
    • Fridays @ 8:00 AM MST
    • (Thursdays @ 9:00 AM MST for SkillBridge participants)

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience with AI chatbots, generative media, or conversational interfaces
  • Familiarity with AI in Unity, Unreal Engine, or web-based platforms
  • Background in game AI, simulation logic, or natural language generation
  • Knowledge of tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or Pinecone
