What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Development

• Write, produce, and present weekly content in your format of choice: livestreams, blog posts, podcast episodes, or short-form video.
• Cover trending topics, develop original series, and contribute to multi-part investigations, interviews, or features.

Podcasting & Audio Journalism

• Plan and record podcast episodes using professional audio production techniques.
• Learn scripting, editing, sound design, and syndication best practices.

Streaming & On-Camera Broadcasting

• Stream regularly on YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok with support from our studio and production staff.
• Work on camera presence, live engagement, monetization, and brand consistency.

Blogging & Editorial

• Research, write, and publish blog articles and editorial content to engage niche audiences.
• Use SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and keyword analytics to reach and retain readers.

Marketing & Brand Building

• Promote your content across all major platforms and work with our digital marketing team on cross-promotion and audience targeting.
• Develop your voice, tone, and identity as a journalist, host, or influencer.

Collaborative Media Environment

• Work closely with our video, design, copyright, and social media departments.
• Incorporate artificial intelligence tools for script writing, content optimization, and distribution.

Requirements

• Strong passion for journalism, entertainment, sports, culture, or lifestyle content.
• Comfortable on camera and/or behind the mic with a compelling presence or writing voice.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube), blogging tools (WordPress, Substack), or podcast platforms (Spotify, Anchor, Apple).
• Willingness to learn production tools such as OBS, Adobe Audition, Canva, Descript, Riverside, or others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, consistent, and able to meet publishing schedules.

Qualifications:

• Passionate gamer with a strong interest in esports and game development.
• Pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communications, Game Design, or related fields (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Familiarity with popular esports titles (League of Legends, Valorant, Rocket League, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of streaming platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
