Office Administration and Marketing Support
This is a great opportunity to work for a Global cybersecurity professional services organization. You will have the opportunity to support our marketing efforts, and in the process grow your understanding of the cybersecurity domain. Office administration activities are a key part of this role.
Office Administration
Handle general administrative tasks including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
Assist in maintaining office supplies, managing vendor communication, and basic bookkeeping support.
Coordinate internal meetings and maintain operational records.
Marketing & Client Engagement
Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote our cybersecurity services.
Assist in responding to client inquiries and scheduling product/service demos.
Sales Support
Engage with prospective clients via email, phone, or online platforms to introduce services.
Maintain and update CRM data with leads and opportunities.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-ups under the guidance of the sales team.
Collaborate with technical staff to understand offerings and pitch benefits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn technical service offerings.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Mailchimp) is a plus.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
