As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you'll work across multiple platforms—Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, blogs, and beyond—to craft compelling narratives, connect with audiences, and grow your digital presence while helping brands do the same.
You’ll learn how to plan and execute influencer campaigns, develop personal and client-facing content strategies, and collaborate with media, video, and public relations departments to shape brand stories across industries.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute content ideas across video, audio, social, and written formats.
- Assist in producing content for internal and partner brands across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form video, and podcast segments.
- Work with our creative and production teams to design high-engagement posts, graphics, and scripts aligned with brand tone and audience goals.
Platform Growth & Audience Engagement
- Learn and implement techniques for growing followers, boosting engagement, and analyzing reach across channels.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and content styles to ensure brand relevance and voice consistency.
Influencer Campaigns & Brand Partnerships
- Support the creation and launch of influencer campaigns for in-house and partner initiatives.
- Research and identify emerging influencers and collaborate on content, giveaways, partnerships, and cross-promotions.
- Work closely with the public relations and sales departments to align influencer content with larger brand messaging.
Media Integration & Analytics
- Collaborate with the video, podcast, and editorial teams to amplify your content across broadcast, social, and web channels.
- Track analytics, performance metrics, and engagement reports to refine strategy and present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, PR, Journalism, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Strong interest in building your personal or professional brand as a digital influencer or social media strategist.
- Basic skills in video editing, graphic design, or podcast/audio production are a plus.
- Familiarity with major platforms and tools: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Canva, CRM AI Social Media Software, etc.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability, both visual and verbal.
- Highly creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working across teams and timelines.
