Public Relations / Marketing Intern

Fall 2025

You will be provided with many experiences to expand your portfolio.

We are looking for an intern to:

• Provide strategic input and feedback on marketing initiatives

• Update and maintain Fight the Flame’s social media presence, including daily monitoring, creating engaging content, posting, scheduling, and reporting Facebook updates.

• Assist in designing event/program fliers, quarterly newsletters, graphics, and other marketing material

• Building relationships with clients, potential clients, suppliers, and the media.

Applicants must be:

-Detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively.

-Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.

-Outstanding writing and communication skills.

-Must be Internet savvy and have a firm grasp of social media tools and platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

Students may receive course credit for the internship. Students seeking this option should inquire with their academic advisor. Employers will work with the student and college advisor to achieve desired learning outcomes and complete all necessary paperwork.
