🎤 Position Overview:

Major League Drone Racing (MLDR) is seeking a charismatic, energetic, and articulate MC/Host Intern to support the live event experience during our upcoming drone racing showcase. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports entertainment, public speaking, and event production while being the voice that amplifies the adrenaline of the crowd.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the on-stage host and primary voice for the event. Hype the crowd, introduce MLDR teams, pilots, races, and special segments. Conduct on-stage interviews with pilots, fans, and special guests. Read sponsor shoutouts, key announcements, and show rundowns. Coordinate closely with the production team to stay on event timing and transitions. Support crowd engagement activities during pre-show, half-time, and award segments. Maintain high energy and audience connection throughout the entire event.

✅ Ideal Candidate:

Comfortable on a microphone and in front of large crowds. Strong, clear speaking voice with energetic delivery. Interest in drone racing, esports, or high-energy live events. Quick-thinking, adaptable, and able to follow a script while improvising. Team player who takes direction well from producers and directors. Previous MC/hosting experience is a plus but not required.
