HR Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with potential candidates for relevant jobs 
  • Help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers 
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
