HR Talent Acquisition Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with potential candidates for relevant jobs
- Help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
