- Starting Pay: $29.56/hour
- Shift: Rotating Shift (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Quality Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Perform testing and/or experiments and analyses of materials and product samples to ensure quality products using various testing methodologies and equipment.
- Perform raw material, semi-finished goods testing per specific instructions provided in Standard Quality Systems documents.
- Perform calibration and preventive maintenance of test equipment and standardization procedures before use.
- Communicate quality conformance via written, electronic and oral reports and records.
- Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Prior experience as a Quality Technician within a manufacturing environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Ability to work a rotating shift (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am)
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Good manual dexterity
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Good reading, writing and oral communication skills
