Social Media and Partnerships Coordinator
Do you love music and marketing? Ignight Entertainment's mission is to guide music lovers to lit experiences. In addition to our expertise in private events, our team is expanding into pop up events, and artist management with a strong focus on content creation.
This is a junior role focusing on social media, content creation, and business development. This is a remote role with several in-person events each month in Denver and beyond.
This internship will report to the Marketing Director. Main duties include:
Social Media & Content
-Create and schedule posts using Later across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
-Write engaging captions, select visual assets, and ensure brand consistency
-Edit and repurpose live event footage and photos into postable content
-Work with our in-house video editing team to create reels
-Create short form content (blog posts, emails, sales tools) on a weekly basis
-Help brainstorm and implement new content ideas that showcase our artists, services, events and story
Business Development & Outreach
-Research and cold-call venues, event planners, and organizations to spark new relationships
-Keep outreach records updated in our CRM (we use Honeybook & Google Sheets)
-Assist in preparing pitch decks, promo PDFs, or partnership content
Sales & Event Support
-Support the sales team with admin tasks, lead follow-ups, and calendar tracking
-Occasionally assist at live events, helping with content creation and BTS
-Be a professional and positive brand ambassador at both public and private gigs
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
-Just graduated or have 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, video editing or sales.
-Have strong writing and content creation skills (bonus if you’ve posted on behalf of a brand)
-Are confident on the phone and comfortable reaching out to new contacts
-Are organized, self-motivated, and down to get your hands dirty at live events
