Merchandise Sourcing and Production Lead
The Black-Footed Collective™, a creative collective specializing in music and visual storytelling, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable student or recent grad for our Merchandise Sourcing and Production Lead position.
Core Responsibilities:
- Research, vet, and manage relationships with U.S.-based apparel and merchandise manufacturers
- Source sustainable, high-quality blanks, coordinate pricing and timelines, and manage small-batch logistics
- Oversee cost breakdowns, retail pricing, and margin analysis
Additional Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the Shopify store, keeping products, descriptions, and inventory up to date
- Coordinate with the Social Media & Marketing Manager to align Shopify with TikTok Shop, YouTube Merch Shelf, and Spotify Merch
- Assist in promotional strategy: planning new drops, highlighting flagship items, and collaborating on content that supports merch
- Identify and coordinate with micro and macro influencers to send care packages
- Lead the coordination of merch tables and displays for live events and pop-ups
