Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Intern to support our team in daily operations, marketing, database management, and client engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in learning the business of real estate from one of the industry’s most innovative teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both the business and client-service sides of real estate in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Assist with managing digital files, organizing client documents, and maintaining transaction timelines.
- Support lead tracking and CRM database organization (Command).
- Conduct research on market trends and neighborhood data.

Marketing & Social Media:
- Draft and schedule social media content across platforms.
- Help create digital flyers, listing marketing, and promotional materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and events.

Client Experience:
- Support planning and logistics for client appreciation events and open houses.
- Assist with follow-up systems for leads, past clients, and vendors.
- Prepare and deliver branded materials and client gifts, as needed.

Team Operations:
- Sit in on team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
- Track action items from meetings and follow up on deliverables.
- Coordinate team calendar and help with scheduling when needed.
Who You Are:
- A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable with technology and tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Interested in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or real estate.
- Friendly, professional, and committed to supporting a high-performance team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (not required).
- Prior customer service or administrative experience is a plus.
- Availability to work 10–20 hours per week, depending on school/work schedule.
