Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Hiring an energetic candidate to support the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategy for the brand-new facility opening Fall of 2025. Qualified candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply. Flexibility exists for full or part-time hours.

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the athletic and event center’s services, events, and programs across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
    • Create targeted campaigns to engage various demographics, including sports enthusiasts, event planners, and local communities.
  • Sales & Client Relationship Management:
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities for the event center, including corporate events, weddings, sports teams, and community groups.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Respond to client inquiries, prepare sales proposals, and close deals effectively.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media:
    • Oversee social media accounts and digital marketing efforts, including content creation, audience engagement, and paid advertising campaigns.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of online campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Event Promotion & Coordination:
    • Coordinate the promotion of events hosted at the center, including sports tournaments, conferences, corporate events, and community activities.
    • Work closely with the event coordination team to ensure successful planning, execution, and post-event marketing.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new marketing techniques.
    • Use data analytics to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and sales strategies, adjusting them for better results.
  • Branding & Content Creation:
    • Create promotional materials, brochures, flyers, and videos that effectively communicate the center's offerings.
    • Ensure that all marketing materials align with the brand’s identity and messaging.
