
Sales/Business Development Rep
Hey there — we’re TechTrust, a fast-moving startup on a mission to make tech buying way less painful for mid-sized companies. We believe procurement shouldn’t feel like a game of gotcha, and we’re flipping the model to make it easier, smarter, and more transparent.
We’re looking for a Business Development/Sales Intern to help us grow. If you’re curious about sales, good on the phone, and want to learn how deals really get done, this might be your thing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping to review recorded calls and follow-up with informetion
- Following up with accounts and keeping track of where things stand
- Calling into accounts (yes, real conversations with real people)
- Data entry and SalesForce clean up, updating account information
- Helping our sales leader with day-to-day tasks and outreach
- Learning the ropes of the B2B sales process in real-time
- Being part of a small, scrappy team that’s moving fast
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who’s not afraid to jump on a call or send a follow-up
- A self-starter who can stay organized and proactive
- Curious, coachable, and interested in tech, startups, or sales
You don’t need prior sales experience—just a good attitude and a willingness to learn. This position is 100% remote but we are looking for candidates from only these states:
CA, WA, HI, TX, MO, PA, TN.
The details:
Part-time: 30 hours/week
Remote: Work from wherever, just be reachable and responsive
Paid: Yep, this is a paid internship
You’ll be working closely with our sales leader, so expect real mentorship and real work—not just busywork
