Job Title: Retail CRM Intern (project-based, remote)

Duration: Aug-Dec 2025, 4 months (10 hours/week)

Compensation: Unpaid (stipend or college credit available if applicable)


 

About Aurganics: 

Aurganics is a plant-based skincare brand for Gen Z consumers of color, offering gentle, effective solutions for hyperpigmentation and sensitive skin.
 

Role Overview: 

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented intern to optimize our retail sales process and conduct sales outreach. You’ll play a key role in managing CRM data and building relationships with retail partners (estheticians, spas, and small businesses), gaining hands-on experience in startup sales and strategy.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with data management and analysis.
  • Experience with sales, cold-calling, or outreach preferred.
  • Experience with Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, organization).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at time management.
  • Strong research skills (Instagram, LinkedIn, Google).
  • Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness preferred.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A college student or recent graduate who is organized, reliable, and enthusiastic about gaining real-world startup and sales experience.
  • Someone who enjoys working independently but is comfortable asking for help when needed.
