The Role

We’re looking for a technical AI Product Manager to help reinvent how our studio works. Your mission: triple the productivity of our team without increasing headcount, by embedding AI into the core of how we operate. You’ll have broad autonomy to identify bottlenecks, evaluate the best tools on the market, and build lightweight, effective solutions—sometimes from scratch, sometimes by stitching together the right stack of existing software.

This isn’t about chasing hype. It’s about finding real leverage—turning what currently takes days or weeks into something that takes minutes or hours, without compromising quality. You’ll partner closely with each member of the team (design, engineering, production, sales, and marketing) to figure out what’s worth solving, then go solve it. If you’ve been waiting for the rare role that combines technical creativity, startup speed, and meaningful ownership, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Reimagine workflows  – Work closely with our team to identify where our workflows are slowing us down or holding us back.

Evaluate tools – Stay on top of emerging GenAI platforms and software. Test and compare third-party solutions that could meaningfully speed up our processes. Where should we buy instead of build.

Build smart systems – Create AI-powered tools and automations using OpenAI, Relevance AI, n8n, LangChain, and other platforms. Use whatever stack solves the problem best.

Own the lifecycle – From identifying the need to designing, building, and refining the solution—you’ll lead the whole process.

Collaborate and listen – Work across all teams to understand what “good” looks like in each discipline. Build the systems that complement, accelerate and support their work.

Scale what works – Once a solution proves useful, optimize it for long-term use and share the value across the team.
