What You'll Do:

• Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns aimed at increasing customer awareness and driving sales.
• Help create, organize, and distribute marketing materials used across events, promotions, and digital platforms to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to brainstorm innovative ideas for engaging campaigns that connect with local audiences.
• Provide administrative and hands-on support, including customer follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and campaign logistics.
• Conduct market research and monitor trends to identify new opportunities and strategies to stay competitive.
• Assist in planning and coordinating client-focused events, including pop-up activations, product launches, and promotional outreach efforts.
• Track campaign performance using key metrics and prepare reports to evaluate outcomes and make improvements.
• Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while building long-lasting relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Confidence in interacting with customers and the public with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, customer-first attitude with a passion for marketing, branding, and helping others
