
Voice AI QA/Debug Assistant
Overview:
We're a lean team building AI voice agents for businesses. We're looking for someone who loves breaking things, fixing flows, and making conversations sound human. You'll be listening to call recordings, stress-testing conversational logic, flagging issues, and helping us make our voice agents bulletproof.
What You’ll Do:
QA test AI call flows for weird or broken logic
Flag conversations that sound awkward, repetitive, or off-brand
Help refine prompts and user journeys
Debug issues across tools like GHL, Twilio, or SynthFlow
Log bugs clearly with reproduction steps and edge case testing
Modify JSON, tweak config files, and help us “just make it work”
You’ll Thrive If You:
Have QA or tech support experience — especially from indie games, chatbots, or automation tools
Know your way around ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools
Can follow branching logic like a game modder or no-code builder
Can handle basic JSON, maybe even light JavaScript or Python
Love breaking things to find flaws, and don’t mind testing the same flow 15 different ways
Bonus Points:
Familiar with GoHighLevel, Twilio, Zapier, or Make
You’ve built or tested a chatbot or voice agent before
You’ve worked solo or 1099 before and get startup speed
