Social media director

1.Creation, control and reporting of organic and paid marketing plans. Definition and monitoring of strategies. Reporting, KPIs and control of results;
2.Coordination for development and UX/UI of landing pages and implementation of event and conversion tagging with GTAG Manager;
3.Implementation, automation and creation of MKT and RE-MKT campaigns and audiences with Email Marketing/Social Ads/Google Ads;
4.Coordination and monitoring of daily strategy with marketing and CM team and graphic design and web development providers;
5.Professional photo editing (Adobe Lightroom);
6.Coordination of corporate communications (Newsletters, PR, Intranet, internal and external corporate events, press conferences...);
7.Coordination and relationship with external suppliers (Graphic design, web and app developers...);
8.Internal, intermediate and external communication of the clinic.   

 Job requirements:

1.High English and Spanish level, strong coordination ability and professional ethics, familiar with Chinese is preferred;

2.More than 3 years of operation planning experience in relevant platforms such as the Internet (Google, Facebook, Instagram), with complete operation cases;

3.Have a deep understanding of media promotion work, have a strong perception ability, have a keen ability to grasp market dynamics, and accurately capture marketing pain points;

4.Proficient in market promotion strategies and rich promotion resources;

5.Have a deep understanding of brand promotion, visual image design, and user interaction experience;

6.High enthusiasm for work and good team spirit.
