E-Learning Content Creator

Founded by sisters, Mallory K Inc (MKi), MKi Marketing and Business Institute (MMBI) provides non-traditional, practical marketing education for micro-businesses. The E-Learning Content Creator will design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning materials for MKi’s online educational offerings (workshop, live and on-demand courses, digital downloads). This role collaborates with stakeholders to transform complex topics into accessible, interactive, and effective e-learning experiences

This is a flexible remote, contract position with opportunity to advance. Compensation is activity-based (per task/project completion).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning courses and modules
  • Collaborate to gather content, define learning objectives, and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Create engaging multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive quizzes, to enhance user experience.
  • Adapt and optimize content for various platforms, including LMS, web, and mobile, ensuring accessibility and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Develop storyboards, course templates, and style guides to maintain consistency and quality across all learning materials.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and update e-learning content based on feedback, analytics, and evolving learning needs.
  • Track and report on course usage, learner engagement, and completion data to inform continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with trends in e-learning, instructional design, and educational technology to enhance course offerings

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience creating e-learning content and digital learning resources.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices in online education.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a group, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Compensation:
