Marketing Intern, Part-Time, Temporary

Successful Commercial Real Estate firm seeking a part-time, temporary marketing associate for all things real estate related including, social media, brochures, advertising, client presentations, website updates, email blast marketing, client database maintenance, etc. You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through our agents through print and digital design. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for simple, beautiful design that communicates our brand vision, and has the technical and creative ability to create professional materials for our real estate operations. 

Ideal candidate must be a self-starter and self-learner who is able to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment, while maintaining an excellent eye for detail and positive attitude. Real Estate experience very helpful. Time management and organization is essential. Strong grammatical and spelling skills, creativity and a strong teamwork mentality are an absolute must with this position.

This position will receive its workload from our Marketing & Listing Manager and report to our Office Manager.  This position will be needed for one to six months, to be determined.  While we prefer onsite, we are willing to consider remote work for the right candidate.

 

What We're Looking For: 

Completion of formal marketing education with functional knowledge of:  Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Social Media Management, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, Windows Operating System, Trello, Loomly, Meta Business Suite, Wix, Constant Contact, MailChimp.

Real estate, architecture or commercial construction experience preferred but not required.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), WordPress, social media and internet research are necessary. 

A hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.

Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities and experience levels.

Ability to successfully partner with both internal and external resources to build marketing content and marketing activities.  Ability to communicate and collaborate on cross-functional teams. 

Be able to take a project from ideation to completion which includes being able to prepare files for print. 

Strong, clean visual design sense.
