About Us: We're building an innovative music and mindfulness app designed to help users with relaxation and well-being, specifically addressing the growing global issue of tinnitus. Our platform combines curated audio, breathwork, guided meditations, and cutting-edge AI. You'll work directly with a Grammy Award-winning music producer dedicated to this cause, helping us create a product that makes a real difference.

The Internship Role: Join our small, agile 2-person FFI team as a Dart FFI Engineering Intern. This role offers hands-on experience bridging Flutter with native C++ for our core audio engine. You'll contribute significantly to integrating the latest AI developments to personalize features and enhance our team's productivity, gaining invaluable experience in a mission-driven, tech-forward environment.

What You'll Learn & Contribute To:

• Developing Dart FFI bindings and Flutter wrappers for native C++ integration.
• Assisting with platform-specific audio management (e.g., iOS AVAudioSession).
• Building intuitive UI/UX for app features, including breathwork and meditation timers.
• Integrating Firebase for authentication, data management, and user settings.
• Researching and applying cutting-edge AI/ML for personalized features and development productivity tools.
• Supporting end-to-end integration of the app with the new FFI-driven audio engine and AI components.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Dart, Flutter, and basic C++ concepts.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Strong foundational debugging skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
• Exposure to or understanding of consuming RESTful APIs.
• Demonstrated strong interest in and curiosity about the latest AI/ML advancements.
• Eagerness to learn about Dart FFI and native mobile development.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
