Job Summary
We're looking for a creative and motivated intern to join our team as a Content Creator & Videographer. In this role, you’ll support our production and marketing teams in bringing video ideas to life—from brainstorming concepts to helping shoot and edit content for social media.
You'll get hands-on experience working on content related to our core products: EB-5 investments, student-housing investments, and condo sales. Projects may include ad scripts, short-form videos for Instagram and YouTube, and interviews filmed both in-office and on-location.
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build a portfolio, learn the full video production process, and contribute to real campaigns with guidance from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, filming, and editing video content—both in our office and occasionally on location (some travel may be involved).
- Support the post-production process, including basic sound editing, color correction, and preparing videos for different platforms.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed (e.g., voiceovers, intros, demos, or social content)
- Help coordinate shoots by assisting with talent direction and ensuring everything runs smoothly on set.
- Set up and optimize lighting for indoor and outdoor environments.
- Contribute to visual storytelling by adding simple motion graphics or effects using Capucut, After Effects (or similar tools).
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure videos align with our campaign goals and platform requirements.
Requirements
- Basic experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Comfortable operating a camera (mostly smartphones) and setting up basic audio and lighting equipment (training can be provided)

- Must be organized, proactive, and eager to learn
