Role Description: Frontend Software Engineer (In-Person, Kansas City)

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Frontend Software Engineer to join our team, with a preference for in-person collaboration at our Kansas City office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web and mobile applications using React and React Native.


 

This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As part of the engineering team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our platform, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.


 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and mobile applications using React Native.

• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across web and mobile platforms.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our platform at the forefront of innovation.


 

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in frontend development using React and React Native.

• Proficiency with Xcode and Android Studio for mobile app development.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

• In-person preferred (Kansas City, MO), but remote candidates will be considered.
