Web Developer Internship at Nationwide Transport Services

The Role

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic Web Developer Interns who are passionate about technology and ready to contribute to impactful web development projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment where you will play a critical role in enhancing our digital presence and optimizing our online platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Assist in the integration, customization, and optimization of WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Collaborate with the design team to transform Figma designs into functional and responsive web pages.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new features and functionalities for our websites.
  • Work on ClickFunnels to design, develop, and optimize high-converting landing pages and sales funnels.
  • Perform website updates, ensuring optimal performance, security, and accessibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas to improve our digital presence.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Web Development, or related degree program.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Experience working with WordPress, including customizing themes and plugins.
  • Familiarity with Figma and the ability to translate designs into functional web pages.
  • Exposure to ClickFunnels or a willingness to quickly learn and work with it.
  • A solid understanding of web development best practices with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
