Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our Human Capital team. This internship offers hands-on experience in multiple facets of HR within the fast-paced, high-impact world of private equity. You’ll contribute to initiatives that shape employee engagement, internal communications, training programs, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and coordination of employee engagement and communications initiatives
- Assist with training program logistics, content updates, and post-training evaluations
- Contribute to strategic projects such as process mapping, internal surveys, SharePoint enhancements, and DEI initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to update and refine the firm’s competency matrix and HR frameworks for personal and professional development
- Participate in team meetings, capture key takeaways, and support tracking of project milestones and deliverables
- Ensure thorough documentation and provide support across day-to-day HR initiatives and operational activities
- Collaborate with the Human Capital team to support recruiting efforts for both and full time and part-time internship roles
- Support and coordinate components of the intern program, including outreach, onboarding, and program communications
- Assist with enhancements to HR systems and processes using platforms such as Asana, Dropbox, and Paylocity

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or other related fields
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel); experience with SharePoint, Dropbox, and Asana is a plus
