Livestream Operator (Vmix Operator)

Hello,

 

We are looking for two experienced Livestream Operators (vMix Operators) to support a dynamic live sports broadcast. This is a paid opportunity!

 

The event is a Middle School & High School Girls Softball tournament, and we’re seeking skilled individuals with experience in vMix or similar live production software. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional crew and help deliver a seamless livestream experience to viewers at home.

Project Details:

  • Date: June 8, 2025
  • Time:
    • Field 1 – 11:20 AM to 6:00 PM
    • Field 11 – 11:20 AM to 7:40 PM
  • Location: TBD (Columbus, Ohio)

Scope of Work:

  • We need 2 Livestream Operators (Vmix Operator), one for each softball field.
  • Managing a 3-camera setup, including switching between feeds in real time
  • Integrating graphics and overlays into the broadcast
  • Handling audio inputs and ensuring sound quality
  • Running instant replays, with or without slow motion, as needed
  • Troubleshooting on-site issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted coverage
  • The games will be livestreamed so families and fans can watch remotely.

Equipment Needed:

  • Livestream switcher and related equipment
  • You’ll be supported by our friendly livestream crew on-site.
