Outside Sales Representative

Job Title: SALES REPRESENTATIVE - OUTSIDE SALES (Med/Legal)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Schedule: M-F 9:00a-5:30p

Rate: $50,000-$60,000 annually DOE

Our client is hiring for a full-time Outside Sales Representative who will report to the Business and Marketing Development Director and interface with company Leadership teams and other regional marketers. 

In this role, you will promote marketing services, advertising platforms, and lead generation solutions tailored to increase brand visibility for lien-based medical professionals. The organization's mission is to empower medical professionals by enhancing their online presence, brand recognition, and business development through ethical, high-quality marketing and advertising solutions. 

This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and signing up medical practices who treat personal injury patients on a lien basis.  

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with medical providers who treat on a lien basis using market research, networking, and outreach strategies.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct calls, emails, and meetings (virtual and in-person) to present tailored marketing solutions.
  • Presentations: Highlight company's advertising services, including website development, SEO, social media marketing, and targeted digital campaigns.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture trust-based relationships with medical professionals, emphasizing transparency and compliance.
  • Hubspot: Log all sales activities, follow-ups, and communications accurately in the CRM platform. 
  • Contract Negotiation: Present service agreements and close deals while addressing client-specific marketing goals. 
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at conferences, meetings, networking events, and conventions to promote our services and build industry presence. 
  • Team Collaboration: Attend in-person and/or virtual monthly team meetings and collaborate effectively across all departments.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Work cohesively with various internal teams and departments to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Valid CA Driver’s License and current Auto Insurance required. 
  • Comfortable with travel (60–80%) to support outside sales efforts.
  • Well-developed presence and comfortable initiating conversations required.
  • Great interpersonal communication with strong English written and verbal required.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business preferred or related fields.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, healthcare, or professional services preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic social media management preferred.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics preferred.
  • Great organization, planning, and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and under limited supervision. 
  • Proficient in the use of email and internet knowledge of office management systems and procedures and administrative procedures, including at least intermediate knowledge in MS Office Suites and Google Workspace.
