Role: Operations & Growth Intern

Duration: Summer 2025 (Flexible start date)

Location: Remote

Compensation: Paid Internship (Hourly/Project-based depending on availability and performance)

Biointelli is a lean, fast-growing SaaS company redefining lead generation and sales intelligence for the life sciences. With cutting-edge generative AI, a proprietary outreach platform, and a 360-degree database of researchers, grants, and conferences, we serve top biotech and life science companies across the globe. We're launching our Biointelli Alliance Program (BAP) to scale partnerships and outreach—and we need smart, organized support to make it a success.

What You’ll Do

  • Operations & Admin Support
  • Organize documents, SOPs, and tools for internal workflows
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and partners (e.g. remote assistants, sales advocates)
  • Biointelli Alliance Program (BAP)
  • Support recruitment, communication, and onboarding of sales advocates
  • Help coordinate outreach campaigns and manage scheduling, documents, and reporting
  • CRM & Workflow Setup
  • Assist in setting up and optimizing HubSpot CRM for marketing and sales workflows
  • Help map and document processes (from LinkedIn lead workflows to email sequences)
  • LinkedIn & VA Coordination
  • Support development and onboarding of virtual assistants to run LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Organize templates, automation tools, and target segmentation lists
  • UX & Platform Feedback
  • Provide feedback on Biointelli's web UX, onboarding experience, and generative AI tools
  • Help identify improvements to documentation, tool accessibility, and partner experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and proactive problem-solver
  • Interest in SaaS, CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), and digital marketing workflows
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic automation platforms (e.g., Zapier)
  • Bonus: Exposure to life sciences, UX/UI, or generative AI tools
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, flexible environments
