B2B Sales Internship – An(other) Coffee Co.
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Boston-area preferred)
Time Commitment: ~10 hours/week
Duration: 3 months (ASAP start, with potential to continue)
Compensation: Commission-based ($50 for each closed contract)

The Opportunity
This internship is for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B sales and isn't afraid to learn by doing. You'll be our first outbound sales rep, helping us grow our footprint with local cafes, restaurants, tech companies, and places of worship – if coffee is consumed there, they are a potential account.
You’ll gain exposure to real-world B2B sales frameworks like MEDDICC and work directly with the founder and a board member who leads sales at Datadog, one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world. This is a rare opportunity to learn outbound sales from the inside and to make a real impact at a growing coffee brand.
What You’ll Do
- Account Research: Identify and map potential business customers in the Boston area and beyond.
- Grooming & Tiering: Evaluate and prioritize prospects based on fit and potential value.
- Outreach & Prospecting: Reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, Instagram, or in-person visits (when feasible).
- Track Responses: Document contact attempts, sentiment, and progress using shared tools.
- Refine Your Pitch: Start with our templates, but learn to tailor and improve them over time.

Facilitate Deal Closing: Hand off leads to the founder and partner on contract negotiation.
Who You Are
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated — you like building things from scratch
- A strong communicator, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with outreach (cold calls, emails, DMs — the whole deal)
- Interested in coffee (or at least open to learning!)
- Based in the Boston area or able to visit prospects if needed
- Fluent in English
