About Bloom Care:
Bloom Care is an early-stage, stealth-mode women’s health startup, founded by a current Harvard Business School grad focused on revolutionizing the way women access and experience healthcare. Our mission is to empower and support women’s health needs through innovative solutions that improve convenience, affordability, and access. As a member of our tight-knit team, you will have the opportunity to directly impact product strategy while gaining hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship, product development, and the fast-paced world of health tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create an overarching marketing strategy aligned with Bloom Care’s mission, targeting expectant/new mothers and measuring success through relevant KPIs.
- Google Ads Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase awareness, drive conversions, and report on performance insights.
- Social Media Presence: Establish and manage Bloom Care’s social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to engage the community and strengthen brand identity.
- Content Creation: Develop consistent marketing materials (blogs, newsletters, graphics) that highlight maternal health topics and Bloom Care’s offerings.
- Analytics & Optimization: Gather, analyze, and act on key metrics across channels to refine marketing tactics and improve ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, operations, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing principles (Google Ads, social media marketing, content strategy).
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills for writing, editing, and presenting content.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative, team-first attitude paired with the ability to work independently.
- Passion for or experience in healthcare—especially maternal health—is a plus.
