Sales, Branding + Operations Strategist

Job Summary:

As our Sales, Branding + Operations Strategist, you’ll drive customer engagement, create compelling content, manage key processes, and represent our brand at events. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who’s both detail-focused and strategically minded.

Responsibilities:

    ➡️  Attend trade shows + events across the US to generate leads + promote our brand

    ➡️  Generate accurate and timely quotes for bunk beds, mattresses, and accessories based on customer inquiries.

     ➡️  Serve as the primary point of email contact for follow-up communications with prospective customers.

     ➡️  Create and maintain comprehensive customer lists for marketing and follow-up       purposes.

     ➡️  Oversee bill payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely processing and collection

     ➡️  Create compelling content for industry publications, e-blasts + social media
