The Division of Integrated Science and Engineering (DISE) in the Department of Water Resources is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Technician (Typing) to join our friendly and collaborative team. Under the direction of the Administration Section Manager, this role plays a key part in keeping our Division running smoothly by providing essential clerical and administrative support. We’re a team that values professionalism and likes to have fun, and we’re proud of the supportive, down-to-earth culture we’ve built.

As an Office Technician, you’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities, from preparing and reviewing official correspondence to coordinating timekeeping, training, and compliance activities. You’ll support recruitment efforts, maintain organized electronic records, and ensure documents are submitted accurately and on time. The role also involves managing travel logistics, processing financial documents, and offering exceptional customer service to both internal staff and external partners.
