- This is a full-time, hybrid position.
We're hiring a Human Resources Intern to support our team with critical day-to-day functions and exciting projects that drive employee engagement and organizational success.
In this full-time internship, you'll serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, support onboarding and offboarding activities, and help maintain accurate HR records and systems. You'll collaborate with HR team members to respond to questions via email and phone, coordinate orientation sessions, and keep our intranet content up to date. You'll also gain exposure to project tracking and compliance tasks while sharpening your communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
What You'll Bring:
- Enrollment in a degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Previous administrative or customer service experience is helpful but not required. This role will support project-based initiatives and is expected to last at least 6 months. Most importantly, we're looking for a proactive learner who's ready to contribute and grow.
