Description
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Location: Cary, NC. This role will follow a hybrid work schedule.
Job Accountability/Responsibilities:
- Audit the TransmetriQ web site to identify and implement conversion rate and SEM optimization opportunities
- Generate and analyze digital analytics reports including digital ads, social media, email marketing, and web site traffic
- Work with external vendors to optimize the TransmetriQ web site for generative Ai crawling
- Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns to promote TransmetriQ and Railinc products
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities for digital growth
Knowledge, Skills, Education:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Readiness to learn about new industries
- Rising junior or senior, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, or related communications field, or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated proficiency with AP Style, website design, and social media platforms
- Attention to detail and keen understanding of design principles
- Familiarity with marketing automation or content management software a plus
