Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media strategy, growing our online presence, and building brand awareness. This role will engage with audiences on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social channels to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company goals
  • Manage daily posting and content creation across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the graphic designer to develop visually appealing posts
  • Engage with the community, respond to comments, and encourage interactions
  • Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on growth and engagement
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and promotions
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging platforms
  • The ability to capture and edit high-quality photo and video content.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of social media management experience
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience creating and managing content calendars
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key metrics
  • Creativity and an eye for design are a plus

Digital Marketing Coordinator – Weekly Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Posting
  • Plan, create, and post daily/weekly content on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the graphic designer for visually appealing posts.
  • Post real-time updates on events, promotions, or new meal offerings.
  • Community Engagement
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from the social media community.
  • Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and reposting user-generated content.

Content Calendar Management

  • Develop and manage the weekly social media content calendar.
  • Ensure alignment between upcoming promotions, meal launches, and events with the content plan.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track weekly engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, followers).
  • Provide a weekly report on social media performance and recommend improvements based on data.

Influencer/Partner Outreach

  • Identify potential influencers or brand ambassadors to promote meals.
  • Reach out and manage communication with partners to facilitate collaborations or sponsored posts.
