Marketing Internship for fun company

Now Pools is the world’s first and only on-demand pool subscription company. We lease fully installed above-ground pools and spas to families who want the joy of pool ownership—without the hassle. From delivery to weekly maintenance and final removal, we make backyard fun effortless. We’re scaling fast in the Phoenix area and looking for a creative, driven marketing intern to help us make waves this summer and beyond.

What You'll Do:
As our Marketing Intern, you’ll be diving into projects that directly impact brand awareness, customer acquisition, and our overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and creating content for Now Pools’ social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Contribute to brainstorming and executing marketing campaigns, influencer outreach, and community engagement
• ✍️ Write and schedule blog posts, emails, and social content with a fun, family-focused tone
• Help track marketing metrics and provide insights to improve campaigns
• Occasionally assist with on-site content creation (photoshoots, customer stories)

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

Are studying marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Love brainstorming creative campaigns and know what goes viral

Are fluent in Instagram reels, TikTok trends, and dad joke humor (bonus points!)

Have solid writing skills and a keen eye for visuals

Are self-motivated and not afraid to take initiative or suggest ideas
