Are you creative, reliable, and passionate about content and culture? The Casañas Way — a Miami-based real estate group blending lifestyle, design, and storytelling — is looking for a hands-on intern to help us bring the city’s neighborhoods to life.

🎥 What You’ll Do:

Assistance & On-the-Ground Support

Check on listings to ensure they’re camera-ready

Run local errands (docs, deliveries, etc.)

Set up lockboxes and manage keys

Must have a car and valid driver’s license

Content Creation & Capture

Shoot photos/videos of homes, neighborhoods, and local gems

Scout visually compelling locations across Miami

Editing & Storytelling

Turn raw footage into eye-catching Reels, TikToks, and shorts

Brainstorm and collaborate on content ideas that match our brand’s aesthetic

💡 You Are:

Obsessed with making things look good and tell a story

Skilled at shooting/editing with your phone or camera

Confident on-camera and behind it

In-the-know about social trends and storytelling

Reliable with your own transportation

✨ Bonus Points If You Have:

Skills in CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut

Your own gear (camera, drone, gimbal, etc.)

A portfolio or examples of content you’ve made
