Job Description: Woyage.AI is seeking a Talent Sourcing / Recruitment /HR Intern (Unpaid) to conduct recruitment tech research, Gather Data, and support in building a product roadmap for our AI-powered platform for recruitment services. The ideal candidates for this opportunity will work with senior members of the product and Engineering team to identify the challenges in the recruitment tech and develop a Product Roadmap for the web enterprise platform in a very agile, fun, and exciting environment. This position directly reports to a Product and Engineering Executive.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on tools and services commonly used by candidates and recruiters, as well as broader industry and market trends.
- Support the product and engineering teams by providing market data and insights to inform and enrich the development of our Mock Interview product feature catalog.
- Collaborate with the geographically distributed Engineering, Design, and Executive team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or a related field
- Enthusiastic about recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Skilled in analyzing data and research to uncover valuable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a clear aptitude for articulating problem statements and conveying complex information effectively.
- Prior experience with technical products, startups, or emerging technologies is valuable.
Duration:
- A 3-month internship, May 28, 2025, to August 15, 2025
- Type: Part-Time
- A minimum of 20 hours of weekly commitment is required.
