Job Description: Woyage.AI is seeking a Product Management Intern (Unpaid) to conduct product research, market analysis, and develop a product roadmap for our AI-powered platform for recruitment services. The ideal candidates for this opportunity will work with senior members of the product team to create a Product Roadmap for the web enterprise platform in a very agile, fun, and exciting environment. This position directly reports to a Product Executive.
 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform market and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends in job search and recruitment.
  • Identify needs of unmet /  pilot  / existing customers, translating insights into actionable inputs for the product roadmap.
  • Assist in developing product design wireframes and creating low-fidelity UI/UX prototypes to support feature planning and iteration.
  • Collaborate with the geographically distributed Engineering, Design, and Executive team.
     

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Deep interest in AI, recruitment, SaaS, and technology.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a talent for extracting meaningful insights from data and research.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate both technical and business concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for product documentation, UX writing, user experience design, and product analysis.
  • Prior experience with technical products, startups, or emerging technologies is valuable.
     

Duration:

  • A 3-month internship, May 28, 2025, to August 15, 2025
  • Type: Part-Time
  • A minimum of 20 hours of weekly commitment is required.

 

Compensation:

  • Unpaid.
