Position Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Operations Specialist to grow our user base, boost app engagement, and manage high-quality marketing content. You will lead marketing strategy, drive promotions, and execute performance campaigns across digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for various digital channels including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials that align with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to implement and track content campaigns effectively.
  • Manage content updates on WordPress and other content management systems to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, social media, and digital communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in copywriting with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline campaign processes.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems for website updates.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing strategies across various platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques to enhance online visibility.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
