As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts across various operations, including the C-Store, Car Wash, Bulk Propane, and Bulk Fuel. We're looking for a self-motivated, friendly individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convenience Store Rewards Program:
• Lead the development and launch of an exciting rewards program.
• Present innovative ideas and progress updates to management monthly.
• Website Management:
• Keep our website fresh and engaging using Live Edit.
• Collaborate with our website host to ensure top-notch optimization.
• Social Media Management:
• Energize our Facebook page with creative updates and posts.
• Car Wash Marketing:
• Enhance our car wash app and design attractive promotional specials.
• Partner with the C-Store manager to boost car wash sales.
• Marketing Mailers:
• Help create and distribute impactful marketing pieces for Summer Fill and Winter Contracts.
• Media Marketing:
• Craft compelling ads for local newspapers, radio stations, and billboards.
• Customer Retention:
• Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to win back and retain customers.
• Department Marketing Assistance:
• Work with department managers on specials, signage, merchandise, and social media campaigns.
• General Office Duties:
• Provide friendly backup phone support and assist in-person customers with a smile.
• Additional Duties:
• Develop and manage the sales & marketing budget.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve efficiency and increase profits.

Additional Information:
• Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
• Hours per Week: 40-45
• Typical Start Time: 8 AM
• Typical End Time: 5 PM
• Work Remotely: No
