Development Intern

Position Overview:
The Development Intern will work closely with our management team, gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of our diverse hospitality brands. This role offers exposure to various facets of hospitality management, including operations, marketing, event planning, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operational tasks across multiple hospitality venues.

Support event planning and execution, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and social media content.

Participate in meetings with senior management, contributing ideas and feedback.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hospitality sector.

Aid in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.

Monitor customer feedback and assist in developing strategies for improvement.

Engage with guests to gather insights and enhance service delivery.Absolute Internship

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
