What You’ll Be Doing as a Management Trainee: ❓
- Jump into hands-on training at our in-store retail events, learning how to set up promotions and engage customers with confidence and professionalism
- Deliver standout customer service, creating real connections that turn one-time shoppers into loyal brand supporters
- Build your sales skills by helping customers find the right product fit and creating memorable experiences
- Support behind-the-scenes responsibilities like mentoring new hires, helping with training, and learning how to lead a team
- Join in on team huddles, skill-building workshops, and leadership coaching to develop personally and professionally
- Get involved in market expansion initiatives and learn the ropes of managing multiple locations and teams
