Medical Doctor/Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities:

  • Required to be licensed in Illinois and preferred BLS/ACLS, otherwise will provide.
  • An experienced licensed Professional with relevant therapeutic specialty in an academic or hospital environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills/Documentation.
  • Stays abreast of professional information and technology through conferences, medica literature, and other available training.
  • Responsible for reading Investigator Brochures and for training on relevant client's SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Guidelines and study protocols.
  • Ensures adherence to Good Clinical Practices and standard operating procedures and to all other quality standards in conducting research.

Requirements:

  • Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Illinois, with license in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Preferably BLS/ACLS certified.
  • Board certified in a medical specialty.
  • Perform all study activities, within the scope of their license and qualifications, delegated to him/her by the Principal Investigator including all medically related protocol procedures such as:
  • Assessing and recording adverse events,
  • Obtaining medical history,
  • Physical exams,
  • Clinical laboratory assessments.

Note:

  • "We are looking for 2 or more days during the week. 8 to 2/sometimes asking for up to 4pm. "
