Eastmont - ROAD (Rotational) Paid Summer Internship in Lincoln!
This internship will start June 16th and run through August 15th. Candidates will need to live in the Lincoln, NE area during the internship no later than June 16th, and a housing stipend will unfortunately not be provided. This is a paid internship ($16.00 per hour, 40 hours a week)

Our ROAD Interns:
- Rotate through several teams and be responsible for various activities and assignments, such as Lifestyle/Activities, Dining Service , and Sales & Marketing.
- Develop relationships with mentors, team members and residents/clients
- Learn about programs, processes, policies, products and applications to serve our residents/clients and our business
- Complete and present a ROAD Internship project to Senior Leadership Team
- Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Culture of Excellence and strategic goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed:
- Current pursuit of undergraduate education preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
- Organized, self-motivated, professional demeanor.
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Able to prioritize and balance concurrent/competing projects, tasks or assignments
- Effective problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer service and care for clients & residents.
- Open to learning and receiving feedback
